ADE Creator Rewards Program Terms

1. Definitions

ADE Coins: internal virtual credits of the ADE platform, purchasable or obtainable through promotions. They are not transferable between users, not redeemable for money, and do not constitute currency, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a financial instrument of any kind.
Gift: a digital item (virtual action/animation) that a user may send to another user, to a piece of content or to an ADE Island using ADE Coins. The Coin cost of a Gift indicates solely the amount of Coins required to send it and does not represent any economic value attributed to the recipient.
ADE Creator Points: a non-monetary unit measuring a Creator's activity and popularity (statistics, rankings, gamification). They cannot be purchased, transferred, spent or converted into money and confer no economic rights.
Creator Rewards: monetary compensation that ADE may grant to eligible Creators under the Program, calculated according to the Reward Policy on the Net Eligible Revenue.
Net Eligible Revenue: the portion of revenue actually collected by ADE and attributable to purchase-originated Coins consumed in a Gift, net of applicable indirect taxes, payment provider fees and any risk reserves, according to the parameters of the Reward Policy in force.
Reward Share: the percentage of the Net Eligible Revenue granted to the Creator, defined by ADE and subject to change pursuant to Section 13.
Program: the ADE Creator Rewards program governed by these terms.

2. Nature of the Program

The Program is a discretionary initiative by ADE to recognise Creators' activity on the platform. Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership or association relationship between the Creator and ADE. The Creator operates fully independently.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Only users who cumulatively meet the following conditions may participate in the Program:

are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country, if higher);
have applied for and obtained ADE's approval as a Creator;
reside in a country where the Program is active (Section 11);
have completed identity verification (KYC) and provided any required tax information;
have a verified payout method;
have accepted these terms and maintain an active, non-suspended account compliant with the Terms of Service.

ADE may verify at any time that these requirements continue to be met and may suspend or revoke eligibility if they are no longer satisfied.

4. ADE Coins and Gifts: How They Work

When a user sends a Gift, the corresponding ADE Coins are permanently consumed from the sender's balance.
The recipient receives only the Gift (record, animation, notification and statistics). No ADE Coins are credited to the recipient, whether or not they are a Creator.
Received Gifts are not transferable, assignable or reusable: sending a Gift always requires using one's own ADE Coins.
Receiving a Gift grants no automatic entitlement to any sum of money. Any compensation arises exclusively under the conditions of the Program (Sections 5-7).

5. ADE Creator Points

Upon receiving Gifts, approved Creators may accrue ADE Creator Points according to the multiplier in force. Creator Points serve statistical and gamification purposes only: they are not a currency, have no guaranteed monetary value and are not used to calculate payouts. ADE may change the attribution rules at any time.

6. Creator Rewards: Calculation

When an eligible Creator receives a Gift meeting the Program requirements, ADE calculates a Creator Reward as follows:

Net Eligible Revenue × Reward Share = Creator Reward

The calculation is performed exclusively server-side by ADE, based on the real economic data of the purchase transaction of the consumed Coins (collected revenue, taxes, payment fees, any reserves).
The portion of a Gift funded with promotional, bonus or free Coins generates no Reward, as it has no underlying revenue.
The applicable Reward Share may vary by country, Creator tier, Gift type, campaign or purchase platform and is recorded at the time of each calculation.
Creator Rewards do not constitute an exchange rate for Coins nor consideration for the Gift: they are Program compensation, distinct and separate from the ADE Coins system.
For each Reward, ADE keeps an audit record documenting the parameters used.

7. No Retroactivity

Creator Rewards accrue exclusively on Gifts received after the Creator's approval and while all eligibility requirements are met. Gifts received before that time generate no compensation, unless ADE expressly and verifiably decides otherwise.

8. Accrual, Review Period and Availability

Rewards are initially recorded as "pending" and become available after a review period (currently 14 days) intended to handle refunds, disputes and anti-fraud checks.
Availability is subject to continued eligibility, including KYC verification where required by the Creator's country.
ADE may temporarily suspend a Reward (fraud hold) in the presence of risk indicators, pending the outcome of its checks.

9. Payments (Payouts)

The Creator may request payment only of their available Rewards balance, with a minimum amount per request (currently €100).
Only one payout request may be in progress at a time.
Payment is made to the verified payout method indicated by the Creator, within reasonable technical timeframes.
Any fees applicable to the payout (from ADE or the payment provider) are shown transparently before confirmation of the request. As of this version, ADE applies no fees of its own to payouts.
ADE may request additional documentation (identity, tax, anti-money-laundering) before processing a payment.

10. Reversals, Refunds and Fraud

If the Coin purchase that funded a Gift is refunded, revoked or disputed (refund/chargeback), the related Reward may be reversed, even after accrual, provided it has not yet been paid.
ADE may reverse Rewards deriving from fraudulent or artificial activity or breaches of these terms (for example: self-gifting, circular schemes, multiple or coordinated accounts, artificial inflation of activity).
Every reversal is recorded traceably and never involves opaque deletion of accounting records.
Serious violations may result in exclusion from the Program and account suspension, without prejudice to any further legal remedies.

11. Geographic Availability

The Program, Rewards and payouts are available only in countries expressly enabled by ADE, also due to local regulatory, tax and payment requirements. ADE may activate, suspend or modify the Program's availability in any country at any time. ADE's social features remain available even in countries where the Program is not active.

12. Creator's Tax and Social Security Obligations

Creator Rewards, where received, constitute the Creator's income. The Creator is solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes, contributions and any other charges required in their country of residence.
The Creator undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date tax information (e.g. tax ID/VAT number) and, where required by law, to issue appropriate tax documentation.
ADE may apply withholdings or source obligations where required by law.

13. Changes to the Program

ADE may modify the Reward Policy at any time (including Reward Share, calculation parameters, review periods, payout minimums, enabled countries) and these terms. Changes do not affect Rewards already accrued and apply to Gifts received after they take effect. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (in-app or email). Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance.

14. No Earnings Guarantee

ADE does not guarantee any minimum level of Gifts, Rewards or earnings. Results depend on the Creator's activity and the behaviour of other users. Nothing in these terms may be construed as a promise of remuneration, a guarantee of solvency or a commitment to keep the Program active indefinitely.

15. Suspension and Exclusion

ADE may suspend or exclude from the Program any Creator who breaches these terms or the Terms of Service, with effect on Rewards not yet accrued and, in cases of fraud, also on pending ones. The Creator may withdraw from the Program at any time; available Rewards not reversed remain payable under Section 9.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the consumer's forum, where applicable, or otherwise the forum of the platform owner's residence. Mandatory rights under the law of the Creator's country of residence remain unaffected.
